yes your core will always stay at 98.6 but your surace temperature changes with the temperature alround you. for example if you are in a cold place your surface temperature will be cold. if in a hot area your surface temperature will be hot. the only time your core temperature changes is if your sick or if you been been exposed to a low or high temperature for an exteneded period of time.
