In partition memory is divided in to fixed/variable size of the partitions . Programs are stored in partitions.
In page allocation memory and programs are divided into small pages . These program pages are stored in the memory.One processor pages are need not allocate the continuous pages in memory.
segmentation is the grouping of information that is treated as a logical entity.
