Search radar explore large volume of space. Normally it has a 360 degree of azimuth and 20-30 degrees to 90 degrees elevation angle.
Tracking radars locks a perticular target. Normally it has a narrow azimuth.
Radar is not outdated. It is still very important in tracking aircraft and weather.
radar
yes , ( the radar gun )
Laser detectors detect laser speed devices and Radar detectors detect radar speed devices.Unfortunately it's usually too late when they detect Lasers.
well radio waves used in radar travel at the speed of light in a funnel shape pattern the range of radar depends on type of radar and what frequency it uses The ARPA Long-Range Tracking and Instrumentation Radar (ALTAIR) was developed and built at Roi-Namur in the Reagan Test Site between 1968 and 1970. and can detect objects in space so that gives u an idea of how far they can goas radio waves travel the speed of light 186,282 miles

tracking radar
radar is one main way to track aeroplanes :D
Radar
a rocket is an unguided weapon while a missile is a optically/ wire guided/ radar/ heat tracking weapon which is designed for precision targeting. ie: rocket pod on an AH-64 (no guidance) or Javelin missile ( Heat Tracking)
I don't believe radar charts are used in mathematics.
Clouds are formed from water vapour - which is virtually invisible to radar.
That is radar, which is short for radio direction and ranging.
Radar
radar
Doppler radar
The Difference is that Radar Satellites are just a more advanced version of Radar.
