Chicken eggs are the most common edible eggs. Other edible eggs are: duck, pheasant, quail, goose, turkey, ostrich, pigeon and emu.
Fish eggs from Salmon, Sturgeon, Cod, Shaker, Whitefish, and Hake are also edible.
If you mean in color - there are white and brown. If you mean breed ,then there are many,about 50-60 different types of chickens who produce different eggs.

OK. If you want to use eggs in a project you could see which egg takes the longest to incubate and the longest to hatch........you could also use different types of eggs as in different types of hen's to see which egg has the hardest egg shell or Eco skeleton
