Distinguish between cultural convergence and cultural divergence?
cultural convergence is when it is all about what happens in the culture, b ut culture divergence is when the culture has different cultural parts. :)
Cultural convergence is the growing similarity between national cultures, including the beliefs, values, aspirations, and the preferences of consumers. An example of cultural convergence is Chinese restaurants being established in the United States while McDonald's and other fast food restaurants establish restaurants in China.
These words can have different meanings depending on subject but in terms of visual (and typically keywords when dealing with 3d images): Convergence typically refers to the object a viewer is looking at. Divergence is when your eyes have to overcompensate for badly placed (usually by over-extending the pixel separation) stereo pairs of images to see one image. This can cause eye strain. Hope this helps a little
Divergence is both the cause and the result of speciation. Speciation marks the boundary between the level of divergence where interbreeding between subpopulations is still significant, and the level of divergence where it is not. When subpopulations of the same ancestral stock diverge, speciation may occur. When populations stemming from the same ancestral stock become and remain reproductively isolated (eg. when speciation has occurred), divergence may proceed unimpeded.
Define and distinguish between entries on the books and entries on the workpapers and explain why such an entries on the books and on the workpapers are required in the consolidation process?
Macro-evolution is a large scale perspective on the effects of evolution, just as micro-evolution is a small scale perspective on the effects of evolution. Evolution produces continuous divergence. Divergence between the genome of one generation of a population and a specific ancestral genome, and divergence between sibling branches stemming from the same ancestor. If one focuses on the variation and divergence occurring within a species, it is micro-evolution that one is studying. When one zooms…
Moving Average Convergence Divergence - MACD A trend-following momentum indicator that shows the relationship between two moving averages of prices. The MACD is calculated by subtracting the 26-day exponential moving average (EMA) from the 12-day EMA. A nine-day EMA of the MACD, called the "signal line", is then plotted on top of the MACD, functioning as a trigger for buy and sell signals.
