This question is largely based on one's faith, and cannot be answered with a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Therefore, a variety of views are presented below in no particular order:

One view:Some Christians say that it is not only necessary to believe, but also to die free from grievous sins. They say that heaven is a reward, and that to win that reward, people must live good lives and truly repent their sins. On that view, it is not possible for bad people to go to heaven - Christian or not. However, this view does allow for good people of other faiths to go to hell.

Nevertheless, people of other faiths have their own beliefs. Jews believe that good Jews will go to heaven; Muslims believe that good Muslims will go to heaven; Zoroastrians believe that good Zoroastrians will go to paradise; and so on. Each faith has its own beliefs and there is no objective evidence that one faith is more true than another.

Moreover, atheists and others believe that hell does not exist. On this view, the concept of hell was created to help enforce discipline within religious communities. If there is no hell, no one will go to hell.

Another view:Only God is good (Mark 10:18). Jesus is God, and went to hell when He took the sins of the world upon Himself, but He defeated death and hell because He Himself was sinless, and so He rose again after 3 days. There are no good people. The Bible says "There is none righteous, no, not one." Romans 3:10 And "all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags." Isaiah 64:6 All the things we do in our attempts to be "good" are out of pride or other self-interest, unless we have trusted in Christ as our only salvation. If we realize that Jesus is the only way to the Father as He said (John 14:6), we are not trusting in our good works to earn salvation from hell, but in Christ. "Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin." Romans 3:20 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23 The Lord does not want anyone to perish, and patiently calls all to repentence. 2 Peter 3:9 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 The good news is that the righteousness we need to avoid hell, is given freely to all who believe in Christ, and we are freely justified by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Romans 3:21,22 & 24 Therefore those who have been declared "good" through their faith in Jesus Christ, have His goodness imputed to them, and they will not go to hell. Their names have been written in the Lamb's book of Life. So no, there are no good people in hell. Another ViewYes, many people that are considered "good" will go to hell. Hell is for those who don't accept Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. The only way to get to heaven is to accept the gift of salvation offered to us by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That means that no matter how good somebody else seems to be, or how good that person appears, they still fall short of being seen as acceptable to enter heaven. Another ViewThe attainment of heaven itself however is not something which can be earned by mortal man. No person has ever attained heaven by good works of any kind, not even the most saintly person imaginable. Another ViewJews believe that good Jews will go to heaven; Muslims believe that good Muslims will go to heaven; Zoroastrians believe that good Zoroastrians will go to paradise; and so on. Each faith has its own beliefs and there is no objective evidence that one faith is more true than another. Another ViewAtheists and others believe that hell does not exist. On this view, the concept of hell was created to help enforce discipline within religious communities. If there is no hell, no one will go to hell. Another ViewIn the book of Revelation chapter 19 verse 15 you can read that " And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." This does not speak of good or bad: only those whose names are not written in the book will go to hell. Another ViewSome good people will go to hell because they are predestined. No good person who is truly good in the sight of God, not just in their own eyes has ever been or ever would be predestined to hell. Another viewThe God of the Universe has made it clear that mankind was created for His pleasure and purpose. Through His word, the Holy Bible, makes it clear that (Hebrews 9:27) "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement:" We will all face judgment when we die and will go to a literal Heaven or a literal Hell, depending on our acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior. It does not matter what you and i believe, God has the final word and His word is truth!

Ever single person goes to heaven. What matters is what you did while on earth. That is what determines where you go in heaven.

Where the people will go after death?

well in a religious term you'll go to heaven if your good for your religion (and go to the hells of all other religions) and go to hell if your bad. but in my term everyone goes to hell as heaven has to be heaven for everyone, and people just can't get along. However this allows for one person to be in heaven as he/she isn't with anyone else. so see you in hell ;)
