if you have windows XP you can just visit the www.microsoft.com home page and type service pack 3 in the search bar. it should be the first link. or just follow the link i provided:

it should take u straight to the service pack 3 overview page. click on "download files below" click install then run, and u should have service pack 3 up and running.
