No. Baby Mario and Baby Peach are younger versions of Mario and Peach. They appear in the Yoshi games and Mario and Luigi: Partners in time. These games are about the earlier lives of the characters, like how Bowser is Baby Bowser, Toadsworth is Toadsworth the Younger, and Luigi is Baby Luigi.

They do end u getting married and having twin boys!
