Marth is in fire emblem shadow dragon for the ds and Ike is in fire emblem path of radiance and radiant dawn for gamecube and wii. They are also in Super Smash Bros Brawl for wii.

No, Ike and Marth don't meet in any Fire Emblem games but they are in Super Smash Bros. Brawl together (which I highly recommend).

Marth is from the two original games only released in Japan and Shadow Dragon Remake. Ike is from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn for GC and Nintendo Wii. They have never met each other canonically. The only times they can be seen together are in Fire Emblem Awakening (as DLC characters), Fire Emblem Fates (as Amiibo), and SSBB/Sm4sh.

They hide out in the forest just before lavaridge city, but you have to have a fire emblem! Go up the path right before lava ridge city and press A if you have the fire Emblem, you get that at mount Pire.

If you are playing Pokemon Emerald, talk to the Old Lady at the top of Mt. Pyre and she'll give you the Magma Emblem. Take the Magma Emblem to Jagged Pass, south of Mt. Chimney, then find the door with the fire symbol on it. The Magma Emblem will activated the door and the entrance will open for you to go into Team Magma's Hideout.
