The movie "Prince Caspian" has many differences to the book and this is one of them.
In the book prince Caspian is much younger and Susan has no attraction to him at all. Actually, quote from book "Prince Caspian was a boy, not much older than Peter." so there you have it, he was not much younger. But they did not get married. Later on in the next book Caspian marries the daughter of a star.
In the book series Caspian fell in love with the daughter of a star named Ramandu. After completing his mission, he went back to the island he met her at. They later married and had children. There was no romantic involvement with Susan. However, Disney switched things up a bit and created romantic feelings between Prince Caspian and Susan that were not based on the book. At the end of the movie, "Prince Caspian", they did kiss.
