They can, but in the long run, not really. Scorpios are often cruel and impulsive. Some of them are wrecked on the inside and will do anything to get what they want and make themselves feel better. Virgos are hypersensitive and prone to emotional instability in times of turmoil, and those two personalities just don't mix. So yes, they can get along; but it's not the best matchup
