Spoiler alert for anyone who hasn't read the Last Olympian. It was probably Rachel who liked Percy because she just randomly kissed him at the beginning of the Last Olympian, but i don't believe Percy ever liked her considering the fact that he liked Annabeth first. Anyways, Rachel became the Oracle at the end which means she can't ever fall in love, so Percy and Annabeth kiss instead.
