if I'm not mistaken, that's what happens when someone develops hypoglycemia...it's actually one of the signs of hypoglycemia...i think that's correct at least. I don't know why the body chooses to react that way.
(I remember a first aid flip-book i studied once. If I'm not mistaken, if you know someone is diabetic-i guess even if they aren't, but definitely if they are- and they are passed out, if you smell their breath, and it smells sweet, then they are suffering from low suger levels, and you need to treat them as such) sooo it would go without saying that probably the majority of people suffering from anorexia nervosa would have sweet smelling breath.
most likey the answer is no. your breath is affected by your diet and what you eat, but obviously anorexics don't eat..therefore it won't smell as good, hope that kinda helped you.. :)
The disease in which people starve themselves, occasionally to death, is often called anorexia, however, anorexia is just characterized as a lack of appetite. The two diseases that cause serious problems are...Anorexia NervosaThis is the common form of anorexia. It's characterized by excessive weight loss and an outright, irrational fear of gaining weight. People who suffer from this, refuse to eat, or they refuse to eat enough, and in turn become malnourished. On account of their fear of gaining weight, in their minds, they'll be unattractive if they eat. Unfortunately, malnourishment causes several metabolic and hormonal disorders which can cause hair loss, missed periods, if the person suffering is a female, bad breath, swollen joints, etc. What I just listed are some physical manifestations of anorexia nervosa. However, as it is a psychological disorder, there are also psychological symptoms. Such as obsession with fat content, calories, and nutritional value. Anorexia Nervosa patients may also cook elaborate, bountiful feasts for others while not eating any thing them self. Anorexia Nervosa also causes a warped perspective of the patient's own self. Basically this means that no matter how much they diet, they always think they look bad. And eventually, this becomes a reality due to the sickly appearance of Anorexia Nervosa patients. Anorexia MirabilisThis is the other main branch of anorexia, but this one is much, much less common. Anyway, 'Anorexia Mirabilis' literally translates to 'Miraculous lack of appetite.' It was prevalent in the middle ages among religious women that starved themselves and claimed that they gained spiritual insight from starving themselves. However, these were probably just delusions due to malnourishment and constant hunger. This form of anorexia, thankfully, faded out during the Renaissance when the church started seeing this as dangerous, and, possibly, a satanic interference. Luckily, in the 20th century, it is virtually non-existant. Nevertheless, modern cases of Anorexia Mirabilis do occur, but they are astronomically rare.
Halitosis, aka, bad breath
bad breath
Because you have to hold your breath because you can't breath on someone else's face. and also you can't breath inside someone's mouth.
No, and you will constantly have severe headaches and develop horrible breath due to not ingesting anything.
you can easily breath for someone else.. just cut a circle in their throat and stick a straw in it... and wa-la!!
The Crest strips will be just great for someone who needs to refresh their breath often due to bad breath, or halitosis.

The difference between Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia is that Anerorexia Nervosa is the actually starvation that usually occurs with teenage girls when they pathological fear of becoming fat, distorted body image, excessive dieting, and emaciation, while on the other hand Bulimia is the say pathological fears but they become so hungry they frequently have episodes of grossly excessive food intake followed by purging to avert weight gain. Purging can include, self induced vomiting, overuse of laxatives or diuretics or obsessive exercising.
