There is a program called iMovie where you can browse, edit and share your creations. It is part of iLife, which is on every new mac computer and comes with iMovie, iPhoto and GarageBand.
Apple's iMovie video editing software is only available for their range of Mac computers. There is no version for computers running the Windows operating system.

I would pick iMovie anyday, or Final Cut Studio for advance video editing. Basically this is from Apple software. So, you only can use these software on Apple Macintosh. Can't use it on windows or any other OS. Thanks.
