If you need to bathe the snake (for example to aid in shedding) - the water should be warm to your touch - If it feels too hot to you (or too cold) - you need to adjust the temperature.
Warm, humid weather

I don't think Ball Pythons can get fleas, but they can get mites. Mites are more like ticks than anything, and you should take it to a vet ASAP if you think your snake has them.
No sir, they are not. A snake like a Burmese python is giant. It can weigh up to 300 pounds (although lower 200's is more common). African Rock Pythons and Reticulated pythons are other examples of giant pythons.
Most pythons live in the dense underbrush of rugged tropical rainforest regions. They are excellent climbers; some species, like the Green Tree Python, are arboreal. Arboreal means to live in trees. = boomslang and green mamba also lives on trees and some boa species too.
you can put maximum of 2 ball pythons in a 55 gallon tank IF its a lower tank and has more ground space than height. ball pythons are very lazy and like to stay in one spot most of the time curled up, hence the name ball. Also, when feeding, DO NOT FEED THEM TOGETHER IN THE SAME CONTAINER. FEED THEM IN SEPARATE CONTAINERS.
they simply drink water like other snakes. pythons have two tiny thermal sensors in front of their snout & on top of the mouth. they can detect water or prey from their thermal signatures.
They are nocturnal, so they will come out during the night. They seem to mostly like coming out between 11 pm to midnight.
The simple answer is no. But the personality of ball python morphs really don't differ from one another. It can act just like a normal, and ball pythons in general are a docile species, regardless of morph. However, some ball python morphs are better eaters than others, the spider morph is known to be an aggressive eater, I know from experience.
no I beg to differ! ballpythons can swim pretty well. They are not meant to be in the water like water snakes. if they were put into the middle of a lake they would most likely not make it back to shore, but if they are in VERY shallow water and can see the land & that land isn't too far away, they could probably make it. Ball Pythons will roll into a ball and when you drop them into the water they will sink to the bottom and then they CANT get back to the surface.... common sense ppl. ^^^ The above comment is correct to an extent. Yes, you can let your Ball Python swim, it's actually very good for them as it helps them shed. However, make sure the water is lukewarm and shallow enough for the snake to keeps it head above the water. It's better to put the water in a basin, and put a book or something under one side so that half the basin has water and half does not, this way the snake will choose how much it wants to bathe and has dry land if it needs to get away from the water.
Yes they do bite, but there very docile animals so i shouldn't worry:) If you get bitten, don't try to get it off of you, or yank his head back because their fangs are curved like hooks. Grab it either side of its chin and push its head forward (so his fangs are out of you) and get him/her off you.
Burmese Pythons, like all Pythons, hatch from eggs. Boas do not lay eggs
they live in south east africa and are found in savannah areas and sprend most of the time under gound until it time to hunt
