  • Leaves
  • Flowers
  • Grasses
  • Mushrooms
  • Berries
  • Roots
  • Other fruits
  • Nuts, including acorns

Since bears are omnivores, they not only consume meat and fish, but also live off various fruits, insects and plants, including mushrooms. They are able to eat some mushrooms that would be poisonous to humans.
