I just watched one of my resident blue-belly lizards snag a resting honeybee a short while ago. The lizard hasn't moved much since (sunning itself) but isn't dead, so I guess the answer is "yes!"

yes but it doesnt hurt at all unless they ane really big but they are not poisonus.

Yes, if provoked, threatened or agitated enough a blue spotted salamander will bite. However, this animal will most likely just try to get away.
