I just watched one of my resident blue-belly lizards snag a resting honeybee a short while ago. The lizard hasn't moved much since (sunning itself) but isn't dead, so I guess the answer is "yes!"

Blue Belly Lizards do not eat bread. They eat live insects and wont eat anything dead, they usually eat crickets or mealworms which you can buy at your local petstore.
