Actually, it is because the thickness of the smoke that you inhale that makes you hard to breath. If you take a little amount of smoke, it'll be quite easy. For the one who have smoking for a very long time, it'll be quite firm when they inhale quite amount of smoke. For the starters, it'll be difficult. That's the time when you get headache or dizziness along.
