they live with others, the group is called a pride. its unusual for a lion to live on its own, the only time a lion lives on its own is when its been kicked out of the pride or if its a male looking for a new pride to take over. male lions are usually kicked out of the pride by females and by the alpha male because the alpha male sees the young males as a threat to his status.

Wolves hunt in packs because 1), they're slower than cheetahs, and 2) they hunt prey much larger than them. Cheetahs can live and hunt alone because they are the fastest land animal ever and can hunt down the fastest prey.

No. Size wise, the cheetahs are much smaller than either Lions or Tigers. They cannot fight and kill either of these 2 big cats. On the other hand, both the lion and the tiger can easily kill a Cheetah. Cheetah's usually don't live in areas inhabited by Lions.
