During blastula there will be two germ layers 1)ectoderm 2)endoderm, after gastrulation , there will be three germ layers 1) Ectoderm 2) Endoderm 3) Mesoderm
No. It does not have germ layers.
No ,Chordates have 3 germ layers .
The endoderm of the gastrula turns into internal organs such as the liver and pancreas, and into the lining of some systems.
Blastula occurs first and then gastrula. The zygote turns into a morula through clevage and then blastula occurs. Just remember it as the morula BLASTing.

gastrula
Blastula is a hollow structure, that consists of a single layer of morphologically distinct cells, trophoblasts, forming the periphery of sphere. The space enclosed within trophoblast layer is filled with a fluid called as blastoceol. At one end of blastula, there is a cluster of undifferentiated cells, known as inner cell mass. During the gastrula stage the inner cell mass began to align in a plane (like a disk) giving rise to three distinct germ layers from which the future organs will develop.

The blastula is an embryonic structure that is formed from one cell layer. This later forms the three cell layered gastrula. All of the layers of the organism are formed from these three layers. See the link below:
endoderm, mesoderm, then ectoderm
Ectoderm, Mesoderm, Endoderm.
Fetus tha rite ans. is gastrula
A gastrula is an embryo in the cell organization of development, when the three germ layers form. This is called gastrulation, and the three layers are the endoderm, mesoderm, and ectoderm. A neurula is an embryo at the stage of development when the nervous system begins developing, called neurulation. Neurulation happens after gastrulation.
