Some, such as octopii, possess a brain, but most mollusks just have concentrations of nerve cells in their body that serve as primitive brains, called ganglia (singular ganglion).

To add to the previous answerer, Cephalopods (squids, chambered nautilus, octopi, cuttlefish) have a brain.
