I can assuredly say that YES, it did work for me. Twice. I followed the instructions exactly and passed two separate UA tests. These were the kind of UA tests where you urinate in a small plastic cup (in a private bathroom). I was asked to not flush the toilet or turn on the sink. The cup has a thermometer on the side to test for proper body temp. Then I (and the lab tech) signed a sticker that is placed on the cup and they sent it to some lab (out of state in my case) and the results were emailed back within 48-72hrs.
I used STAT! Royal Flush both times and it seemed to work great for me. I stayed clean for about 2 days before the test. On the morning of the test (or about 60-90 minutes before test) I drank the entire contents of the bottle. Tasted like bitter ice tea. Not horrible, but not really good either. I then filled the empty Royal Flush bottle (16oz. I think) with water and drank completely. The I filled the empty bottle one more time with water and drank completely. Drinking the entire contents of the Royal Flush detox and the two refills of water took about 15-20 minutes if I recall. You will start having to urinate every few minutes. Make sure you pee a couple of times before you go to take your test. Don't worry, it wasn't difficult for me. I probably urinated 3 or 4 times before I got to the lab. In fact, I had to stop at a gas station on the way to the lab to pee one more time. The label suggests that you take your UA between 60-90 minutes after you've completed the directions. It is also recommended that when you do actually urinate for your UA test that you NOT use the beginning part of your urine stream. Pee for a second or two into the toilet THEN capture your urine stream in the provided plastic cup.
I may be mistaken, but I think the way that it works is this: You are basically diluting your own urine with the large amounts of water you drink prior to taking drug test. Some labs are able to test/detect dilution. This (I've heard) is due to lower-than-normal levels of niacin in your urine. If the niacin levels are too low, it looks like you've tried to dilute your urine (which you have). The STAT! Royal Flush drink contains niacin, so it appears that your urine is normal.
Has worked twice for me. Both times were pre-employment UA tests for two different companies using two different (but similar technique) labs.
