Yes and no, they give you shin splints if you run in them. They are good for ankle support for obstacle courses and hiking though. Just do not run in them and you should be ok. 15 Years in the military and boots talking.
usually you want one size bigger they run a little small
run a mile every day in the boots.
Hiking, in and of itself, does not cause any animal attacks. That said, it is always best to be careful when hiking, since unless you know the territory well, the possibility does exist to run across an animal and startle it into attacking.
I would say they run true to size. I'm anywhere from a 9-11 in womens shoes, but most often a size 10. I have bought Qs every year in a size 10, since they started making them available. But a lot of people buy snowboarding boots a half size small cuz they tend to pack out. I haven't noticed my Qs pack out though.
heels,boots,and punis
Hiking means to walk a considerable distance cross-country. A trail is a narrow strip of land that has been cleared enough so that hiking is fairly easy on it. Trails can run from 100 feet or less to hundreds of miles, like the Appalachian Trail. So, a hiking trail is a narrow strip of cleared land made for people to walk cross-country.
Get the pegasus boots then while racing DO NOT LOOK AT THE SIGN FOR YOU WILL LOSE SOME TIME! Use the boots to cut and run!
Yes, most shoes/boots are sized the same way, sometimes boots are more specific with width sizing though, so men's dirt bike boots may be sized like that as well.
GEKW is the spring boots cheat and GYRO you can get a supanova suit
There is none that may you run faster. However, There is the Spotted/Spottier Capes that reduce weight ( help you run longer), as well as Penance Gloves and boots of lightness do the same as well at same time.
They run small, but not sure how small. I normally wear a 10 U.S. but the merrell's I bought size 10 were too small. My toes touched the front of the shoe, so not sure if a 10.5 would be big enough either. Russ Same here.... bought 7.5 which I normally wear and my toes are touching top of show. Next time I'll get the 8 which I believe will suffice. Too bad I didn't investigate sooner ;-) J9 They can run a full size off. My husband normally takes a 13 shoe size and had to go up to a 14 in the Merrell's. Myself, I take a 6 to 6 1/25 and to buy decent hiking shoes/boots, I had to go up to a 7 1/2 in womens.
