Whether or not you lose weight depends on eating fewer calories than you burn. Eggs alone don't make any difference unless as a part of all the food you consume, you are burning more calories than you eat.

Eggs are one of the best things to eat while loosing weight.

They are full of protine and are low in calories.

I'm not 100% certain but I believe there is a little over 100 calories in a whole boliled egg.

If you stick to the egg white though there is only 45 calories.

This will not change if you poach or boil the eggs, but if you fry them etc. the calorie count will increase.

Not exactly. The only part of an egg than can make you fat is what is found in the yolk, which is high in saturated and trans fats. Egg white is so low in cholesterol and fat that it will not make you fat.

Eggs contain a high level of omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for you.

Eating too much fat, sugar and salt and carbohydrates will make you fat. Also large portions will also increase fatty tissue on you. But eggs? Not so much, as they are a high source of protein which is a necessary group to keep you active and build muscle tissue.
