Do elephants taste like beef

It is illegal to eat elephants, but say you ever did it.

I think it would depend allot on the age of the animal. Older animals tend to taste less nice and elephants get old. I don't think it would taste like beef though... I don't know if you ever ate deer, but there is a slight difference in taste. It would still taste like meat, but with a subtle difference.
