Alage
All freshwater fish don't mind alage at all. Many freshwater fish eat alage like plecos, and loaches. Which you can get at almost any pet store.
Most commonly known in freshwater are the Loricariidae.
Algae does not eat any animal or fish. Algae relies on sunlight to grow. =D
Fish poo and Fish food and Fish waste. Sometimes alage. Don't put any more food in for them, they'll just scavenge.
im n;ot sure exactly what it is but depending wreere ur keeping them if its in a fish tank with other fish take out all the small ones. they will eat all the alage in the tank and when they get bigger i suggest frozen foods
algae is in the plant family. They have photosynthesis process just like normal plants and use sunlight for energy.
Only if the algae is free floating in the tank. Clams do not scrape algae off anything.
It really depends on what species of fish it is. However, there are few (if any) sexually dimorphic algae eaters. you can tell by how big it is.
