No. They're skeletal structure is actually made of cartilage. Because of this they're muscular system is actually made of a Newtonian fluid. This acts as muscles in a way when the cartilage will emit slight temperature changes causing the fluid to contract and expand. This is why the flamingos don't put their entire body in the water unless they have to. It would cause a massive temperature flux in their body and it could be fatal
