No Goldfish have longer Memories. In an article, it stated that a pet shop owner needed a way to convince his buyers that making a glodfish swin in such a small place wasn't cruel so he came up with the three second memory span. It is all a myth. many people believe it but it is a myth. -----------
It actually has a memory span of a month. I read this in a book. Don't blame me if it is wrong. This is because a goldfish always recognizes it's owner, knows when it should be fed.
Actually new research Say's that they have a memory span up to 3 months because I just found out
