Iguanas are basically vegetarian. So any fruits or vegetables, flowers, clippings from the garden can work too. They also eat bugs from time to time, but they do not eat fish as far as I know.
If they're fast enough. There is a small amount of protein eaten by iguanas which may well be from the slower ants that inhabit flowers, fruits and leaves that they consume. However, some hatchlings have disappeared from their cages where only the parents were the other captives.
