I'm no jellyfish expert, but I would advise you NOT to eat a jellyfish. The science or discovery channel showed a TV show called Rise Of The Jellyfish. For some reason the people are currently trying to research & figure out, they are increasing in numbers and becoming a big problem in many parts of the world. They think part of the reason is global warming. They said someday we may have to make them a part of our lives because they're eating a lot of our seafood & interfering with business out at seas & on the beaches. So yes. You'd probably have to make sure they don't carry any of their poisons/are safe to eat.Yes but not all jellyfish are edible.
