once its open Alright, fair enough. The bottle I have had for two months does clearly say "Refrigerate After Opening" on the side of it in small print. But over the last two months its been in the fridge maybe half the time "after opened" and while I haven't consumed much of it at a time, I haven't been sick or anything. I'm not advocating that people drink lemon juice that's been sitting out for a while, but even when I poured it out into a glass, it looks fine, it tastes fine (well, sour as usual). So the question deserves to be posed again: Does it really have to be refrigerated?

They don't have to be refrigerated, but they will keep longer if they are.
