Yes. every one of leaf village know that Naruto posses nine tale's spirit inside of him. After Naruto left the leaf village with Jiriya for training they know about it before that no one now about it. In case of Sasuke he left out before Naruto head out with Jiriya that means Orochimaru tell him about Naruto or in shippuden Naruto and Sasuke meet each other at Oro's hide out and Sasuke see inside of Naruto that time he know about nine tale because he said that time that he never seen nine tale before inside of him.
So that's mean every one knows about Naruto posses nine tale's spirit inside of him.
