I don't know since this is Hiro Mashina's job, but I heard rumours that they migth kiss in the Fairy Tail Movie!
So this might not be a very exact answer, but maybe! Jellal and Erza already kissed! So the two main characters ALWAYS fall in love.
Many people like Natsu and Lucy as a couple, and Hiro Mashima likes to interest the readers of their opinions, so remember the Miss Fairy Tail Contest? Hiro Mashima asked people of who they wanted to win, they picked Erza, than Lucy than Juvia, so i'm guessing Erza's the most popular female character, so Gray and Lucy is not a chance probably although many readers support this couple, Natsu and Lisanna is a no, because they are just childhood friends.
