Yes, nuts are among the highest phophorous containing stuffs ; anything that is rich in protein does have to be having high phophorous ! peanuts, cashew nuts , pistachios, hazels, walnuts, pinenuts, Brazil nuts...all are high in phosphorous , ironically I was too wanting to know those nuts which have lower or no phosphorous preferably
