Yes, I am 15 and personally have been diagnosed with add and ocd. In 5th grade i was first diagnosed with ocd and had to be out of school for 2 months because it was so hard to stay in school while i had it. I also remember when i asked my therapist if people are ever diagnosed with both ocd and add when she told me yes i was like wow that would really suck. One or two years later i am diagnosed with add. Just to tell you in the long run i think having these disorders makes you a stronger person and in school it might not help you in howmework but i am able to ace tests in all my classes with not even ever studying. Even in 9th grade ive aced many of my exams without studying for even a minute.
Yes, OCD is considered to be co-morbid with Autism.
Many Autistic people will develop co-morbid conditions such as mental health issues like anxiety and OCD. Autistic people often like order so OCD is easily slipped into if an Autistic person doesn't get correct medical care, unfortunately it's very common that therapists train to help neurotypical people but not Autistic people. Often Autistic people also feel they are not in control of their lives due to overprotective parents and due to struggles explaining their needs, so again can slip into OCD.
Some autism symptoms can mimic OCD. We don't yet know enough about either disorder to say that they are or are not connected in any way.
Yes. When two or more disorders occur together they are referred to as comorbid. For example, OCD and ADHD, OCD and autism, etc.
