Usually it's your parents or other family members, while friends give you presents as well. However, the traditional gift-bringer in many westernised countries is "Santa Claus", known by different names, depending on the country. (See the related question.)
Moms, Dads, Grandmothers, Grandfathers, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Brothers, Sisters, Friends, Teachers, Babysitters, Strangers (although that might not be wise)... all these people can give presents to children.
