No nobody has ever skied on Everest but one man who tried to died because the grip on his skies caused him to slip and fall off the top of Everest

An avalanche can happen anytime on the slopes of Mount Everest. Some climbers have been caught out in an avalanche and have been killed.

Due to the harsh weather conditions and climate it is impossible to be able to live on Mount Everest. Climbers stay on the mountain during the climbing season but then pack up and go home.
