This is not unusual and does not mean anything is wrong. It means that your body needs to get rid of heat and blood in alot of parts of the body so blood comes to the surface to be cooled and activates the sweat glands in those areas...
Yes. I sweat so much when I sleep, it's not even funny. I go to bed all dry and fresh. When I wake up in the morning, it's as if my bed is a lake. My pyjamas smell really bad too. I sweat especially around my back and butt area. The back of my head also gets sweaty. This is because I sleep on my back. If you sleep on your front, your belly will be all sweaty. If you think that you've peed in your bed overnight, it's probably just sweat. I went to see my doctor and he gave me a medicine that I take every night before bed called "Dream Dry". It prevents your sweat glands from sweating while you sleep. Side effects cause dry throat, coughing, mucus, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, ovairian cancer and urges to strip in public. I highly reccomend Dream Dry. Ask your doctor about it to see if it's right for you.
Generally people with minor nasal disorder, sneeze in their sleep, which causes must discomfort to the inmates. Sneezing can be rectified by homeo medicine.
Unless you have some allergy disorder, you cannot sneeze in your sleep. I have seen and heard otherwise, but lessons learned in nursing school are not soon forgotten.
