But, Wisconsin isn't cold all the time.A lot of people are under the misconception that Wisconsin is cold all the time, when in fact that isn't true. Wisconsin has 4 very distinct seasons, as opposed to say California, where its sunny all the time. While winters in Wisconsin are extremelycold, summers can be blazing hot. Although, compared to some, Wisconsin summers are relatively cold. Wisconsin does have autumn and spring, which are both extremely beautiful. But, while Wisconsin does have all 4 seasons, they are a bit cold compared to other state's seasons. Summers are a bit colder and winters are a bit longer. So while Wisconsin isn't buried in snow, the fact remains true that Wisconsin is cold.
