The input of a video game makes it more real and the younger the child playing it the more real it seems to the child. A child under 7 years old can not tell the difference between what is real and what is make believe. Add the violence of movies and TV or any abuse at home and you have a child that will respond with violence. The maturity of the child is also a factor and if there are other problems.
