I think St Johns University plays some of its home games at Madison Square Garden, home of the Knicks. I think if a school has a game that is going to sell out their on-campus venue, then they try to move it to the largest arena in town. Georgetown University plays it's home games at the Verizon Center, home of the Washington professional Basketball and hockey teams.
