You might not believe this but me and a friend were fishing at a nearby river and we saw something swimming across but couldn't work out what it was. We then realised that it was dragging something , turns out it was a squirrel with its tail out the water. How random!
once, I had an inflatable pool in my back yard and a squirrel swam across to the other end, but then drowned because it coudnt jump out of the pool. so, they can swim, but i think they cant jump out of inflatable pools.
