But if Your doing it Because of Athletic improvement then I HIGHLY recommend you do not take them Because what steroids do is they lower your Heart rate. If Running 5 km it is Hard because your heart rate is up and you can't push yourself to go faster because you are puffed and you breath a lot and is tired.
But if take steroids your heart rate lowers you can go a lot easier and you are not puffed
But when you are asleep your body needs less Oxygen to breathe now less oxygen=lower heart rate and your are already on steroids and your heart is already too low your heart will stop and you will die.
So yes Breathing may effect your breathing
