Yes. the vampires in twilight do have reflections. it is just a myth that they dont, humans just made the myth up so they would think they would stand a chance at defeating a vampire. Some vampires have had trouble in accepting the fact of their new existence and couldn't bear to see their reflections: a reminder of who they were and what they have become. Other vampires have suffered great denial, refusing to see the fact of their reflection. From instances such as this has evolved the myth of a vampire not having a reflection.

The reason is Stephenie Meyer probably wanted to change things to make the vampires in her books unlike other vampires, so, she made them be able to appear on film, have reflections, sparke in the sun instead of burning up, not sleep in coffins instead not sleep at all, not be 'allergic' to garlic and opposed to crosses and all those other things she put into her books to mix things up.
