Not officially. Tifa and Cloud have yet to be shown as a official couple in FF7.
The Ultamanias show that they share feelings for each other, but have not been shown to fully embrace each other as a couple as on the end of Dirge of Cerberus. (the latest in the FF7 storyline.)
Many fans believe that the producers wish to leave it up to the fans to settle the love triangle debate between Cloud, Tifa and Aerith As it is a intricate part of the FF7 story, and the source of much discussion around the fandom.

All of this is backed up by the various Ultimania for the Final Fantasy series. Including the FF 20th Anniversary Ultimania which list Cloud and Tifa as one of the canon couples of the Final Fantasy series.

∙ 13y agoYes. They live together and raise two children. They have been doing this for the better part of 4 years compilation time. Plus the FF 20th Annivesery Ultimania states that Cloud and Tifa are one of the canon couples of the FF series. They became so under the Highwind.
