This is a very large steriotype. Violent Video Games shoud be allowed from kids 11 and up. They do not affect aggression either. The most violent games tht should not be playes until about 15-16 years old are: Gears of War, Grand Theft Auto, and Resistance. Games that are okay for 11-13: Call of Duty, Combat Arms, and maybe Halo.
I believe that it really depends on the childs behavior before. if you have a friendly kid who plays the violent game hes not going to get influenced by violence but it would be a different story for a person who was already bad
