As far as I know.. Vitamins are stored in your liver to be used when fats and carbs are unavailable. So they cause weight but not as much as fat and carbs. If you're on a diet try to eat an egg or two a day like I did. Eating eggs help a lot during diets.

No it does not. But Vitamin - D is very important for your digestion. But too much of it is unhealthy, because it interferes with other vitamins as: Vitamin K, E, A.

If your looking for a vitamin that does make you loose weight, you should go for vitamin C.
