Spiders reproduce i believe through a small opening near the spinnerets....the female doesnt actually lay eggs but carries them on her back through the gestation period until the eggs hatch.

Some spiders lay eggs, sometimes in sacs in under rocks or tree bark, and some do carry the eggs and young on the back. Most mother spiders defend their eggs and sometimes their spiderlings.

A spider female can have babies by mating with a male, then laying the eggs in an eggsack she made herself. Once the eggs are laid, the mother spider soon dies. the spider eggsack breaks open and the little baby spiders start running off to make a web somewhere and catch their first meal.

The wolf spider does lay eggs, like all spiders, but they are carried around until they hatch in a large egg sac under the female. Also, when they hatch out, they clamber onto the mother spider and will feed when she does, at least for a few days.

A female spider gets pregnant during or following her final molt. Then she lays her eggs and dies. Normally a spider's babies hatch from their eggs in their cocoon after their mother is dead.
