Yes you have to capitalize WILL in a title.

Words that need capitalization are words that are:

  • In the beginning or the end of the title.
  • Nouns
  • Pronouns
  • Adverbs
  • Adjectives
  • Prepositions and conjunctions that are 5 letters or more.

Words that don't capitalize are words that are:

  • Articles (unless it's in the beginning or the end of the title).
  • Prepositions of four letters or smaller( unless it's in the beginning or the end of the title).
  • Conjunctions of four letters or smaller (unless it's in the beginning or the end of the sentence).
  • The particle to used with an infinative (unless the to is used in the beginning or the end of the sentence).

Hopefully this helps:)
