The primary unit of Kuwaiti currency is the Dinar, which is divided into 1000 Fils. Kuwaiti coins exist in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 Fils. A 1 Fil coin is no longer in use.
There are many places one might go to find a coin price guide. The World Coin Price Guide website is likely the best resource for one researching Austrian coins.
Depending on which edition it is (gold-plated or all silver) you can expect to pay anywhere between $400-$600 for the coin with original box and certificate from the Central Bank of Kuwait.
You would need to look up the exchange rate, which varies. Turn the question on its head: "How much is a US coin worth in Kuwait?" Obviously it depends on the exchange rate, and also on whether it's a penny, a nickel, a dime, and so on.
You need to be much more specific. The value of a Kuwaiti coin will depend on the denomination, the year and the condition. Without knowing these three things about the coin, its impossible to tell you if you have a coin worth hundreds of dollars or a coin worth less than a cent.
I believe the coin in question is a KUWAIT 100 fils coin. On the other side you have a symbol like this (l..). It looks like an exclamation mark(no period on the bottom)with 2 periods next to it. I'm currently looking a 10 fils coin. It has a symbol like this (l.) and I know the 100fils coin has two periods, but my coin obverse has KUWAIT written on it. If your coin is not a KUWAIT coin, I would assume it would come from a country in that general area of the world. I've been trying to figure out what the symbols 19v9-1799(with the 7 backwards) mean and I have not been able to figure that out yet. Hopefully this helps. After searching for a while, I did actually find your coin. It is from San Miguel Tucuman, Argentina. Imperdible! Moneda Rara.
if you mean by coin code by getting stuff, you get a (blue) book and 1500 coins
depending on condition and mint its value is between 450$ - 1100$ based on my coin guide
I think you would have to be a physicist to do that. It would be easier to identify the coin by nation of origin, date and denomination, and a coin guide book will help do this, and the book will tell you what metal the coin is made from.
